Return and Refund Policy

At Lohar Minerals, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery and gemstones. We want you to be confident in your purchase and understand your rights and our process clearly.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Items must be returned with all original packaging

Due to the nature of fine jewellery and gemstones, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on items that show signs of wear or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, except where required by law:

Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order jewellery
Items resized, altered, or personalised at the customer’s request
Loose gemstones once removed from original packaging
Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for items with a major fault.
